Parsian Chemistry Co. has sprouted as a young sapling from beneath the soil, but upon its old root relying on the brilliant and rich experience of its managers in the field of domestic and external commercial affairs.

The company is actively engaged in importing, distributing and exporting all types of agricultural inputs including Pesticides, Seeds and different types of chemical and organic fertilizers. With the company’s portfolio encompassing a vast range of products and formulations, Parsian Chemistry has concluded contracts with top Iranian and Foreign producers/formulators to meet a remarkable part of agricultural requirements and needs of the country.  As the core part of Talaye Sabz Group of Companies, Parsian Chem was established in 2019, together with Parsian Exir Co., as a distributor of agricultural inputs, Parsian Plast Co., as a manufacturer of packing for pesticides and fertilizers, helping Parsian Chem as its sister companies.

Having over 35 certificates of registration acquired from Iran’s Institute for Soil and Water Research for its imported fertilizers, Parsian Chem is the exclusive agent of Agafert, Itay and QuelAgrow, Spain in Iran. Parisan Chem regularly imports fertilizers from China, India, Spain and Italy and distributes them across the country through its official agents. This company has also acquired its permit for import of ready-to-use pesticides by registering a new formulation of herbicide in Iran and is also active in this field. To pursue its main goal which is the optimum provision of farmers with human and environment friendly agricultural inputs, Parsian Chem has also established its own pesticide formulation unit and has acquired its manufacturing certificate from Iran’s Plant Protection Organization by going through the . required registration and bureaucratic processes.  The company is capable of formulation a handful of pesticides in its manufacturing plant.

-February, 2020: PPO’s initial approval for receiving the documents for the company’s proposed new formulation

– July, 2020: PPO’s approval for testing samples of the proposed formulation

-August, 2020: Submission of samples for legal experiments

-September, 2020: Acquisition of company’s first registration certificate of imported fertilizers

-December, 2020: Acquisition of wholesale distribution permission from Agricultural and Natural Resources Engineering Organization of IRAN

-January, 2021: Onset of building the company’s formulation lines

-February, 2021: Participating in the first Virtual Expo for Pesticides, Fertilizers and Agricultural Inputs (due to spread of Covid-19)

-February, 2021: Clearance of company’s first imported fertilizer cargo

-May, 2021: Establishment of Parsian Exir Co

-June, 2021: Establishment of Parsian Plast Co

-November, 2021: Participation in Expo for Pesticides, Fertilizers, Sprouts, Irrigation Systems, and Agricultural Inputs, Sari, Iran

-June, 2022: Conclusion and finalization of company’s formulation facilities

-June, 2022: Receipt of experiment reports on the company’s proposed new formulation which has been tested for two years in 3 provinces

-June, 2022: Formulation of the first trial batch of pesticides in the company’s formulation plant

-June, 2022: Survey and inspection of the formulation facilities by PPO’s technicians; Sampling was also done on the same date

-July, 2022: The company’s suggested new formulation was successfully approved, registered and annexed to the list of legal pesticides of the country by PPO

-July, 2022: Submission of company’s request for issuance of ready-to use pesticides import permit

-August, 2022: Submission of company’s request for issuance of manufacturing license

August, 2022: Request sent for issuance of formulation license to PPO

-August, 2022: Transferring the wholesale distribution right to Parsian Exir Co

-October, 2022: Participation in Expo for Pesticides, Fertilizers, Sprouts, Irrigation Systems, and Agricultural Inputs, Sari, Iran

-November, 2022: Approval of reports on experiment of company’s proposed new formulation by PPO
